Description

The Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role in driving operational excellence by designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes that increase efficiency, improve product quality, and support safe, reliable production. In this hands‑on role, you will collaborate closely with operations, quality, and engineering teams to solve complex manufacturing challenges, introduce new processes and equipment, reduce waste, and continuously enhance performance across the production floor. This position is ideal for an engineer who enjoys blending technical problem‑solving with process improvement and has a passion for building robust, scalable manufacturing systems.

The Manufacturing Engineer utilizes Lean Manufacturing principles, data analysis, and engineering best practices to reduce waste, improve product quality, increase throughput, and support new product introductions.
