Job summary

KTek Resourcing is recruiting a Manufacturing Engineer in Massachusetts to support NPI transitions into production. This role involves designing fixtures, developing manufacturing methods, and driving process improvements for sub-assemblies.

You will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve engineering and manufacturing issues, reduce costs, and uphold quality across the manufacturing process. A BS in Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Ability to work with schematics, assembly drawings, BOMs.
• Experience with Inventor or other 3D modeling software (SolidWorks/Creo).
• Experience debugging mechanical and electrical problems.
• Hands-on manufacturing support experience.
• Ability to respond professionally to inquiries from customers, suppliers and peers.

Responsibilities
