As a Manufacturing Engineer you will work cross-functionally throughout our organization to make meaningful improvements in the manufacture, safety, quality, cost, and efficiency of our world-class material handling equipment business. Your strong leadership and process improvement skills will allow you to be on the forefront of new technologies, automation, and innovations that continuously increase Wildeck’s value to both our customers and our team of employee-owners.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and execute multiple continuous improvement projects across all production areas.
  • Drive change with excellent organizational, communication, and technical skills.
  • Implement capital equipment to reduce costs, automate processes, and increase throughput.
  • Utilize Lean and Six Sigma tools to manage improvements and track results.
  • Support production teams with world-class technical leadership and training.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree from an accredited university; min. GPA of 3.0.
  • Lives our values of honesty, integrity, respect for others, teamwork, and collaboration.
  • A strong bias for urgency and action through data-based decision making.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of CAD and ERP, including BOMS, routings, and costing.
  • Commitment to Lean and Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
