Job summary

CACI International in the C-C5ISR Division seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to contribute to layout, production lines and testing of systems integration, ensuring LRUs meet design and customer requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related technical discipline (Manufacturing/Production/Mechanical/Electrical/RF)
  • Experience with CAD or CAM software
  • +5 years of manufacturing/production leadership
  • Proficient in MS Office (including Project)
  • Strong communication skills including speaking and writing
  • Understanding of Resource Loaded Scheduling
  • Familiarity with Material Resource Planning tools

  • Collect, analyze and summarize information and trends for product/process reports
  • Continuously evaluate production processes
  • Answer questions and field requests regarding production engineering
  • Train and guide technicians in project design/development
  • Maintain product and process database
  • Comply with government regulations
  • Ensure equipment is maintained and repaired to minimize operational impact
  • Provide timely communications on significant issues
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
  • Participate in ERB/PRB/MRB reviews
  • Prepare cost estimates for proposed projects

The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in the C-C5ISR Division under our Electronic Warfare line of business (LoB.) In this role, you will contribute to the layout and production/assembly line and testing of our systems integration area. This includes ensuring all LRUs are built in accordance to design and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Improve manufacturing/assembly efficiency through the analysis and planning of workflows, space requirements and equipment layouts
  • Researching, designing, developing and supporting systems and processes that provide for the efficient and effective production of complex products or solutions

The proposed salary range for this position is:
