Job summary

ACL Digital in Tukwila, WA is seeking a manufacturing integration professional for a 12+ month engagement. The role coordinates IPTs across multiple disciplines to align build plans and manufacturing documentation with fabrication and supplier teams.

The candidate will develop ME processes, prepare cost analyses, and lead complex supplier integrations to meet cost and schedule requirements.

Qualifications

• Participates in program IPTs to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines.
• Leads with Test Project Management, Design Engineering and Program IE to develop build plans.
• Develops and maintains manufacturing plans, BOMs, work instructions and illustrations.
• Coordinates with fabrication personnel and procurement/supplier management.
• Works across groups to track part status and shipping with supplier management and MMO.
• Develops ME process and tools for Flight test programs and new job practices.

Responsibilities

• Leads integration of complex suppliers, processes, materials, data and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements.
• Leads teams performing producibility assessments of design concepts.
• Manages the program work statement to meet cost and schedule.
• Leads development of complex work statements and sequencing of events for delivery commitments.

• Drafts and reviews processes and procedures to support business requirements.
• Leads the creation of training material for Design & Planning ME team.

Job Description

• Develops and documents ME process and tools for Flight test programs, new job practices, techniques and standards.
