Moonshot in Wisconsin is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer who will own the NPI lifecycle, conduct DFx reviews, and design the tooling strategy for in-house production of switchboards, control panels, and power distribution equipment.
You’ll collaborate across Design, Production, and Quality, build production processes, layouts, and cost models, and lead root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement in a high-growth environment.
The Manufacturing Engineer operates at the system level: owning new product introduction, design for manufacturability reviews, facility layout, tooling strategy, and capital equipment justification. This role is the technical backbone of the manufacturing engineering department, bridging Design, Production, and Quality to establish proactive engineering rigor as Moonshot scales its in-house production of switchboards, control panels, and power distribution equipment. You’ll design how products are built from start to finish and build the infrastructure to support continued growth.
