Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for our Gloucester, MA location. This on-site role offers a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, with bonuses possible based on performance and location.

The candidate will write SOPs, develop assembly instructions, and coordinate with technicians in a semiconductor-focused environment. Proficiency in CREO/NX CAD and Teamcenter PLM is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Write SOPs and assembly instructions; produce technical reports.
• Prepare assembly work instructions from operation sequences.

• Apply CAD/PLM tools (CREO/NX, Teamcenter) for design and documentation.
• Establish quality control standards and monitor metrics.

Job Summary

Role: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Gloucester, MA

Onsite: YES

The pay range for this role is $80k- $100k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Tech Mahindra also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law). The exact offer terms will depend on the skill level, educational qualifications, experience, and location of the candidate.

This role is also open for contract: $35/hr - $47/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Knowledge of manufacturing process and shopfloor activities.
• Experience writing standard operating procedures (SOPs), Assembly instructions, and Technical reports.
• Preparation of assembly work instructions based on operation sequence.
• Experience in participation in assembly build and coordinate with technicians.
• Experience in semiconductor industry.
• Knowledge of understanding engaging Drawing and BOM.
• Experience in cross-functional coordination.
• Experience with CREO/NX CAD tool and Teamcenter PLM.
• Establish quality control standards and monitor output metrics.
• Understanding of ASME standards and GD&T.
• Experience with torque calculations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, Assembly Instruction, and CAD (CREO/NX) software experience.
