Overview

This role is for a hands-on engineer who thrives on problem-solving and process improvement. We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and help drive innovation in medical device manufacturing.

Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr. This range is provided by Engauge Workforce Solutions. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

What You’ll Do

• Support new product launches (NPI) by optimizing manufacturing processes


• Collaborate with automation partners on robotics and vision systems


• Troubleshoot technical issues and lead root cause analysis


• Design cell layouts and develop standardized work for operators


• Partner across teams to boost safety, quality, delivery & cost efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or similar)


• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience (molding/assembly a plus)


• Strong CAD & ERP skills; proficiency with MS Office


• Excellent communicator & team player who can juggle multiple projects
