Job summary

Experis is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join a leading medical device manufacturing client in Saint Paul, Minnesota. You will be part of the production support team, troubleshooting high-precision equipment and ensuring compliant, efficient manufacturing processes on a carbon machining line.

This 12-month contract (onsite) offers exposure to CAPA investigations, cross-functional collaboration, and growth within a health-tech environment.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in regulated industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Experience supporting complex manufacturing processes and equipment validation.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and maintain compliance with medical device regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot equipment issues in high-precision medical device production environments.
  • Investigate and resolve yield-related problems to improve efficiency.
  • Update and maintain manufacturing procedures and work instructions for compliance.
  • Contribute to CAPA investigations through rigorous root cause analysis.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance quality and throughput on a carbon machining-based line.

Our client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the production support team, working closely with cross-functional departments to ensure high-quality, efficient manufacturing processes. Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: St. Paul, MN (100% On-Site)
Duration: 12 Month contract with possibility of extension
Pay Range: $40/hr. - $45/hr.
