Job Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production and continuous improvement initiatives within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role focuses on optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, reducing waste, enhancing product quality, and supporting plant-wide operational improvements. The Manufacturing Engineer will collaborate closely with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to drive productivity gains and implement sustainable manufacturing solutions.

Essential Skills

• Manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.

• Experience with PFMEA (Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis).
• Knowledge of Design for Manufacturability (DFM).
• Ability to conduct time studies and labor analysis.
• Strong root cause analysis skills.
• Experience in fabrication, metalworking, assembly, or industrial manufacturing.
• ERP/MRP systems experience.
• CAD software proficiency (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $88000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
