A leading engineering company located in Hamel, MN is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support assembly operations by developing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering and offers the opportunity to improve assembly line flow while resolving technical challenges. Hands-on experience through internships is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Up to 2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment.
• Foundational knowledge of assembly and manufacturing processes.
• Foundational knowledge of process documentation and routing.
• Foundational knowledge of tooling and fixture design.
• Foundational knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods.

Description
