Job summary

Saelens-Corporation, located in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking a CNC Manufacturing Engineer to join the Engineering team on-site. The role focuses on CNC programming, process optimization, and collaboration with design and quality teams to drive productivity and quality.

You will program and optimize CNC processes, implement robotic solutions, and train operators while maintaining comprehensive documentation. A mechanical/ manufacturing engineering degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in CNC machining and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in CNC programming languages and software.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, materials, and cutting tool selection.
• Proficiency in using CAD Software.
• Strong knowledge of robotic systems and automation technologies.
• Experience in programming and configuring robotic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• CNC Programming and Operation: Develop and modify CNC programs for machining operations.
• Process Optimization: Analyze and enhance existing manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
• Quality Control: Work with quality teams to ensure products meet specifications, troubleshoot issues.
• Collaboration with Engineering Teams: Interact with design teams to interpret drawings and provide production input.
• Training and Documentation: Train operators and maintain CNC program documentation.

Pay Range: $28.00 - $36.00

Responsibilities include:

CNC Programming and Operation:

• Develop and modify CNC programs for machining operations.

Process Optimization:

• Evaluate and select appropriate robotic technologies to meet project objectives.

Quality Control:

• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure products meet design specifications.

Training and Documentation:

Requirements:

• Experience in CNC machining and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in CNC programming languages and software.
