Job summary

Actalent in Middlebury, IN is seeking an Entry-Level Manufacturing Engineer to turn ideas into real-world results on the production floor. You’ll work with maintenance and engineering teams to improve processes, troubleshoot issues, and drive cost-effective solutions.

You’ll gain hands-on manufacturing experience from day one, participate in projects with visible impact, and learn from experienced engineers and leaders while building fundamentals in project management and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
• Internship, co-op, senior project, or hands-on manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Middlebury, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $43.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
