Our Miamisburg, OH facility is seeking a hands‑on Manufacturing Engineer to support a low‑volume, high‑mix production environment. A strong background in machining is preferred. This role focuses on work instruction development, process validation, and continuous improvement, requiring strong problem‑solving abilities and clear communication across cross‑functional teams. Additional processes may include mechanical assembly, electronics soldering and assembly, epoxy encapsulation, ceramic-to-metal sealing, tracer gas leak testing, machining, and welding. The Manufacturing Engineer will report directly to the Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor.
