SPECIALTY MAGNETICS LLC is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer for a small shop environment in Ohio. You will collaborate with the engineering team to design fixtures, upgrade equipment, and improve production efficiency while maintaining a safe, organized facility.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and proven project management skills to build a reliable operation aligned with the owners' vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Manufacturing Engineering or comparable degree.
• 2+ years manufacturing shop experience.
• Strong project management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the engineering team and in the shop.
• Design and build fixtures to improve production and efficiency.
• Upgrade current equipment.
• Maintain facilities including but not limited to electrical and plumbing.
• Specify and source new needed equipment.
• Supervise all vendors work in the facility.

Local manufacturer of low volume custom transformers is in need of a highly skilled, dynamic manufacturing engineer for a small manufacturing shop.
