Job summary

Net2Source Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Lafayette, IN for a 12-month contract. You will provide daily production support, drive cost and quality improvements, and ensure safety and environmental compliance in a large engine assembly environment.

The role requires collaboration with engineers, technicians, line leadership and quality teams to deliver timely, high-quality results in a fast-paced plant setting.

• Engineering or technical education and experience in a manufacturing engineering or similar role providing process support to operations

Responsibilities

Position: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Lafayette, IN

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Provide daily support and guidance on all aspects of production, costs, quality, compliance to safety guidelines, and environmental requirements for manufacturing.

Interaction with team

• Ongoing and frequent interaction with both manufacturing engineer team members, assembly technicians and line leadership, quality, engineering, etc.

Team Structure

• Team of current process manufacturing engineers assigned to 3600 engine line

Work environment

• Large engine assembly factory

• Engineering or technical education and experience in a manufacturing engineering or similar role providing process support to operations
• Collaboration + communication
• Top candidates will have experience in all and/or some of these areas: engineering and factory systems, engine manufacturing, demonstrated ability to deliver quality results with a sense of urgency.
