You will collaborate with design and operations teams to ensure manufacturability, safety, and quality while pursuing advanced technologies and poka-yoke solutions. CAD/ERP experience is preferred.

Position Description

The ideal candidate for Manufacturing Engineer will demonstrate mastery of Lean Manufacturing principles, driving efficiency and waste reduction with expertise, while embracing safety as the factory's paramount value. This professional will excel in visual factory system deployment, instill a disciplined Kata cadence to sustain meaningful change, and champion technology and automation to transform the plant for a competitive, ever-evolving marketplace. With strong mechanical aptitude, they will mentor the maintenance team while troubleshooting issues, prioritizing engineered solutions and poka-yoke designs over fault attribution. Living and breathing safety, they will draw insights from the shop floor, exhibit exceptional critical thinking, and commit to daily progress, fostering a culture of accountability.
