Carrier's Indianapolis plant is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to troubleshoot, modify, and improve equipment in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will support maintenance, tooling, and production, with emphasis on continuous improvement and safety.

The Indianapolis manufacturing plant has an opportunity to become a key contributor to the overall Operations team. In this role as a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll be responsible for troubleshooting, modifying, and acquiring equipment in a fast paced, high‑volume manufacturing plant.
We are looking for candidates with 2+ years of technical experience, whether in manufacturing or other industries, who excel at fostering collaboration, achieving results, analyzing data, and decision making. The annual salary for this position is between $53,000.00 - $106,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Thisposition may be entitled to short‑term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
