Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical resource for assigned manufacturing projects, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and internal quality requirements.
• Develop and prepare comprehensive manufacturing documentation following APQP practices, including VWI and WCS.
• Plan and design equipment, tooling, and cellular manufacturing concepts for assigned areas of responsibility.
• Validate that manufacturing processes meet all customer and internal requirements while maintaining cost targets.
• Create clear and concise work instructions for detail parts.
• Perform and document processes including machining, grinding, EDM, and Automation.
• Conduct Root Cause and Preventive Action analysis to eliminate causes of nonconforming products.
• Support New Product Introduction initiatives through initial manufacturing cycle assistance and process validation.
• Identify, implement, and drive cost reduction ideas as part of multi-disciplinary improvement teams.
• Review production drawings for technical content and make recommendations for credible solutions.
• Coordinate and support tooling design as it applies to manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Provide technical data and relevant information to support the quoting process.
• Collaborate with suppliers to develop processes and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Ensure all engineering changes are properly documented and implemented.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area while adhering to all quality practices and safety standards.

Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and innovative Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Franklin, United States. In this role, you'll be the technical focal point for manufacturing operations, translating design requirements into efficient production processes. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing methods, ensure product quality, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Create clear and concise work instructions for detail parts
• Perform and document processes including machining, grinding, EDM, and Automation

• Familiarity with aerospace materials such as Titanium, Inconel, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, and toolsteel
