  • Collaborate with design engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure products are designed and released with manufacturability, quality, and operational efficiency in mind.

  • Provide technical support to manufacturing operations by troubleshooting production issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.

  • Evaluate and improve manufacturing methods, workflows, tooling, equipment, and process controls to enhance safety, quality, deliver, and cost performance.

  • Analyze manufacturing and quality data to identify trends, reduce variability, and drive improvements in productivity, yield, cycle time, and overall operational performance.

  • Develop and maintain process risk assessments, control plans, and standardized manufacturing practices to ensure consistent product quality and compliance.

  • Lead and support root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other structured problem-solving methodologies.

  • Support process qualifications, product validation activities, inspections, and customer requirements as necessary.

  • Support capital equipment, tooling, automation, and facility improvement projects from concept through implementation.

  • Participate in audits, corrective action activities, and compliance initiatives related to quality management systems and customer requirements.

  • Serve as hands-on technical resource to production personnel and foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
