Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design, document, and implement robust processes on the factory floor in a high-volume discrete/assembly environment. You will lead line layout studies, time standards, and capacity analyses, while driving lean improvements and PPAP/APQP activities.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, strong experience with GD&T, fixtures, tooling, and process validation, plus CAD proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a discrete/assembly environment.
• 5+ years of experience developing standard work, process sheets, time studies and capacity analyses.
• 3+ years of experience with line layouts, GD&T, fixtures/tooling and process validation.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Experience supporting line installation, commissioning and stabilization.
• Proficiency with Lean tools and structured problem-solving (5-Why, fishbone, 8D).
• Experience with electrical/control-box assembly processes.
• CAD proficiency (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and process-analysis tools.
• Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt.

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.

Other Compensation

Thisposition may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
