The Manufacturing Engineer provides engineering and manufacturing support to manufacturing departments within an investment casting facility. This role collaborates closely with operations and engineering teams to drive continuous process improvements, reduce process variation, and optimize overall manufacturing performance. The position also supports new product launches and leads initiatives focused on improving efficiency, throughput, safety, quality, and cost performance across the department.
