StaffBright is seeking a skilled and process-driven Manufacturing Engineer to join our client’s high-performing production teams. This role is ideal for an engineering professional with a passion for optimizing manufacturing operations, improving product quality, and implementing cost-effective production solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and refining manufacturing processes, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure operational efficiency and product consistency.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and ensure smooth production transitions.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

What We Need From You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Must be comfortable working in a screw machine environment—expect a setting that is oily, loud, and not as clean as a CNC shop.

All Star Skillset:

  • Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Hands-on expertise in tool, gage, and machine design to support efficient and precise production processes

The Perks:

  • Full benefits package starting on day one, including health, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Join a stable, well-established company with a strong retention record—most plant employees have been with the organization for over 20 years.
  • Work in a collaborative, hands-on environment where your contributions are visible and impactful.
