StaffBright is seeking a skilled and process-driven Manufacturing Engineer to join our client’s high-performing production teams. This role is ideal for an engineering professional with a passion for optimizing manufacturing operations, improving product quality, and implementing cost-effective production solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and refining manufacturing processes, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure operational efficiency and product consistency.

What You Will Be Doing:

Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and ensure smooth production transitions.
Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
Troubleshoot production issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

What We Need From You:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
Hands-on experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Must be comfortable working in a screw machine environment—expect a setting that is oily, loud, and not as clean as a CNC shop.

Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
Hands-on expertise in tool, gage, and machine design to support efficient and precise production processes
