We are looking to hire a Manufacturing Process Engineer immediately to work for a leading manufacturer of custom build control and power industrial equipment. The candidate will support production operations by designing tools and fixtures, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring a smooth and efficient production flow. This position suits an engineer who enjoys hands-on problem-solving, 3D CAD design, and driving continuous improvement initiatives directly on the shop floor while collaborating closely with production and maintenance teams.
This is an onsite position in a manufacturing setting where you work in an office environment closely integrated with the shop floor. You collaborate daily with the manufacturing team, production personnel, and maintenance staff to develop and implement tooling and process improvements. The role involves frequent interaction with production equipment, CNC machines, metal fabrication processes, and other manufacturing technologies, requiring a hands-on approach and regular presence on the shop floor.
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
