Job summary

We are assisting our client in Cleveland, OH with a Manufacturing Engineer search. The role focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes, tools, and fixtures to improve efficiency and space utilization.

You will analyze workflows and layouts and provide technical support to production teams. Ideal candidates will have experience in manufacturing engineering, knowledge of lean/Six Sigma, and strong problem-solving and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, such as machining, assembly, welding, stamping, and injection molding.
• Experience in manufacturing engineering or a related role.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Troubleshoot process issues and provide technical support to production teams.
• Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in manufacturing engineering or a related role.
