Job summary

TechniPower, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for on-site work in Charlton, MA. You will support engineering and quality, create 3D models and drawings, and manage BOMs in an ERP system.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, 2 years of experience, and hands-on SolidWorks proficiency. You will also assist with cost estimates and provide technical support for sales materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline required.
• 2 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering support.
• Experience with SolidWorks and 3D modeling required.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering and quality functions for the client.
• Create/revise 3D models and technical drawings.
• Create/review part numbers, Bills of Materials in ERP system.
• Perform engineering calculations when needed.
• Help with cost estimating of special projects.
• Maintain detailed documentation of processes, changes and improvements ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Support sales with technical support, drawings and help with marketing material.

In this role, you will be working as a Manufacturing Engineer for a client that works in the manufacturing industry. This position will be responsible for helping support engineering and quality functions for the company.

This position is a contract to possible role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site.

Requirements:
