Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• STEM degree (engineering preferred).
• Experience supporting production operators and technicians.
• Strong experience in fixture design and work instructions.
• Hands-on CAD/CREO for fixture design and engineering drawings.
• Experience designing fixtures used for Welding and Brazing processes.
• Knowledge of SAP, Teamcenter, and Manufacturing Operations.
• Experience adapting equipment/machine designs to manufacturing processes.
• Ability to document, release, and maintain engineering documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Quick learner with a proactive approach.
