Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support prototype assembly and ramp-up for design optimization on the Bridgewater, NJ manufacturing floor. You will document processes, analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and develop test fixtures for validation.

You will train technicians on new releases, write customer and management reports, and assist with OEM business development. A Bachelor's in engineering and 3+ years in manufacturing engineering with SPC experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies.
• Experience in the electronics or electrical industry.

Responsibilities

• Customer interfacing to support OEM business development, technical support of sales team in pre-sale situations

Requirements

• Experience in the electronics or electrical industry.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bridgewater, NJ.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $52.88/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
