Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, along with hands-on experience in various manufacturing technologies.

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment.
• Analyze workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout to maximize production efficiency.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
• Monitor manufacturing metrics and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for process issues.
• Support the introduction of new products and technologies into manufacturing by developing process documentation and training materials.
• Evaluate and recommend new equipment, tools, and technologies to improve production capability and quality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with quality engineers to define and control production quality standards.
• Participate in cost-reduction efforts by identifying and eliminating process inefficiencies.
• Provide technical support to production teams and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Utilize SolidWorks to create 3D models, designs, and fixture designs for new products or process improvements.

Qualifications& Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and workflow optimization.
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and manufacturing simulation tools.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
