Job summary

Spherion is seeking a manufacturing engineer for our client, a leading automotive manufacturing plant in Buford, GA. You will help create and refine processes to improve safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities include writing work instructions and specs, identifying efficiency improvements, and collaborating cross-functionally to evaluate changes. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering with 1–2 years in manufacturing and familiarity with lean

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
• 1–2 years engineering experience
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban and 5S
• Manufacturing experience required; automotive manufacturing a nice-to-have
