Are you ready to take your manufacturing expertise to an international level?

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to lead the implementation and start-up of assembly and manufacturing lines for a project based in Georgia, USA.

This is a unique opportunity to gain international experience while enjoying competitive compensation and full relocation support.

Candidates must currently reside in Chihuahua, Querétaro, or Mexico City (CDMX), Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and start-up of manufacturing and assembly lines.
• Coordinate equipment installation and workstation setup.
• Supervise facility installations (electricity, gas, compressed air).
• Design and optimize plant layouts.
• Manage purchase requisitions and budget tracking.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide on-site project support and progress reporting.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
• Previous experience in manufacturing line implementation/start-up (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Excellent English proficiency (advanced level required – technical and conversational). This is indispensable.
• Valid passport and U.S. travel documentation.
• Availability to remain on-site in the U.S. for 3–6 months.
• On-site in the U.S. for up to 6 months.
• Option to return to Mexico once per month (extended weekend flights covered).

What We Offer:

• Gross monthly salary: $55,000 – $65,000 MXN.
• Fully covered housing during U.S. assignment.
