Firefly Aerospace is hiring a Manufacturing Prep Technician to work with Manufacturing, Planning, Warehouse, and Manufacturing Engineering to ensure incoming work is prepared for production. Responsibilities include printing work instructions, assembling packets, staging, unpacking and verifying parts, ERP-driven material consumption, and light prep-level assembly.

Firefly Manufacturing Prep Technician work closely with Manufacturing, Planning, Warehouse, and Manufacturing Engineering teams to ensure incoming work is fully prepared and ready for production according to established instructions and production requirements. This work primarily includes receiving and preparing incoming jobs, verifying parts and documentation, cleaning and marking hardware, performing prep-level assembly steps, and staging work for assignment to the manufacturing production team. We are hiring for a range of experience levels from entry level to highly experienced and we encourage all interested candidates to apply.
