Responsibilities
  • Drive large projects/programs end-to-end, seeking improvements and innovation.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration, acting as a key partner for Manufacturing Electrical & SDV.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally to executives, using storytelling and metrics.
  • Promote a bold, results-driven culture with urgency and honesty.
  • Support a forward-thinking work environment that navigates future challenges.
  • Build strategic relationships across functions like Software, Manufacturing Engineering, and Product PMO.
  • Encourage innovation by challenging norms and fostering continuous improvement.
Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years managing projects or programs.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to build relationships globally and locally.
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomous, and process-oriented.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

  • 5+ years managing projects or programs.
  • Knowledge of vehicle program teams, GVDP, electrical commodity development, and automotive hardware interfaces.
  • Experience with GM systems/databases (PPCR, Jira, SharePoint, RTC).
  • Black Belt DFSS Certification.
