Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling seeks an engineering-minded professional to lead electrical and controls maintenance in our Grand Rapids facility. You will train maintenance technicians, develop system documentation, and keep production equipment running smoothly.

The role requires a background in electrical controls and sustained problem-solving, with emphasis on calibration and SOP development. A robust benefits package complements the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma or Technical School Certification with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience
• Electrical certification, Vocational certification or Bachelor’s Degree

Position Responsibilities

• Provide the proper training in controls and electricity to the maintenance technicians for the purpose of minimizing production downtime
• Develop and maintain electrical and controls system documentation and assists the controls engineering group with the installation of the Line Information System
• Maintain and troubleshoot production electrical equipment from various suppliers
• Assist with calibration procedures for process instruments and develop routines and SOPs to properly maintain the controls assets
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma or Technical School Certification with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Education and Experience

• Electrical certification, Vocational certification or Bachelor’s Degree
