Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety professional to join our Orange County manufacturing site. You will handle regulatory compliance, safety programs, and process engineering contributions to maintain cGMP and environmental standards while supporting operations.

This role reports to the EH&S Director and participates in a 24-hour HAZWOPER team. You will also manage EH&S software, train staff, and assist with environmental permit activities to uphold safety and quality

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering (Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health & Safety, etc).
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience, ideally in chemicals or materials.
• 40-hour HAZWOPER certification is ideal (24-hour acceptable).
• Train the Trainer certified in LOTO/Confined Space/Fall protection, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Ensure lockout/tagout procedures are current and up to date.
• Provide monthly EH&S related training to staff.
• Perform periodic EH&S inspections.
• Take part in weekend safety meetings and safety committee teams.
• Write EH&S related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Be a member of the 24-hour HAZWOPER team.
• Manage administrative duties with internal EH&S software systems.
• Assist in permit-required environmental activities (wastewater, storm water, air quality, etc).
