Job summary

A leading technology firm, located in Snoqualmie, WA, seeks an Environmental, Health and Safety Manager to ensure compliance with environmental laws and promote workplace safety. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and over five years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities include establishing EHSS management systems, maintaining regulatory relationships, and managing Hazardous Waste. This position offers a salary range of $100,000 to $130,000 annually and requires strong communication and regulatory compliance skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in the application and integration of EHSS management systems in a manufacturing facility.
• Experience with regulatory agencies, consultants and other contractor personnel.
• Direct experience with risk‑based hazard identification, analysis, and control.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain EHSS management systems and ensure compliance.
• Maintain relationships with regulatory stakeholders and assist with site inspections.
• Manage Hazardous Waste and recycling activities.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Proficient in MS Office Suite and SharePoint

Knowledge of ERP systems, SAP preferred

Baseline knowledge of federal, state, and local EHS regulations

Ability to set goals and deliver results

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, or related field

5+ years’ experience in similar role
