American & Efird (A&E) in Mount Holly, NC is hiring a Textile Manufacturing Dye Lab Technician for 1st–3rd shifts. You’ll dye, weigh, and calculate color formulas to produce thread and ensure quality standards in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Training on first shift is provided; candidates must pass drug screening and background checks and be ready for hands-on production work. Full-time onsite role with competitive pay, production bonuses in certain departments, and benefits

Hours: 1st, 2nd, 3rd

• 3rd Shift (8 hrs) 11pm - 7am M-Fri
• All shifts must train on 1st shift
