Job summary

American & Efird (A&E) seeks a Textile Manufacturing Dye Lab Technician for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift in Mount Holly, NC. This full-time, onsite position supports the production team by preparing color submissions, dyeing, weighing, and calculating color formulas to meet quality standards.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-structured environment, follow written and verbal instructions, and handle materials safely.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Basic math skills required.
• Dependable and punctual attendance.
• Willingness to work hands-on in a production setting.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Location: Mount Holly, NC Company: American & Efird (A&E) Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite

Hours: 1st, 2nd, 3rd

• 3rd Shift (8 hrs) 11pm - 7am M-Fri
• All shifts must train on 1st shift

Pay Rate: $17.00 + .25c shift differential
