We are seeking a proactive and organized Manufacturing Document Control Analyst. The Manufacturing Document Control Analyst shall collect all completed production orders from the manufacturing spaces, organize the completed build packages, audit build packages for completion and accuracy, and store documents in accordance with division document retention requirements. The selected candidate will also be responsible for managing manufacturing documentation processes and records to ensure efficiency and compliance.
This position resides in the Systems Process and Assurance Section and will report to the Document Control and Records Management (DCRM) Group Leader.
ESED serves the nation in two critical areas: advancing enrichment technologies and exploring stable isotope production and applications. The division leverages an elite staff of scientists and engineers with the world-leading capabilities of ORNL to deliver groundbreaking advancements with a variety of applications, from national security to life‑saving medical treatments.
ESED is the national steward for the research, development, and demonstration of enrichment technologies. The successful candidate will provide support for research and development, documentation, and system administration within a division that supports multiple projects and programs.
The DCRM Group provides division-wide services in support of the strategic advancement of science and technology focused on the research and development of prototype enrichment devices for processing uranium‑bearing and stable isotope compounds.
The ability to learn quickly and adapt to change is necessary. The candidate is expected to be able to work in a team environment as well as perform independently. Excellent communication skills, including verbal, presentation, and writing skills are required.
