Job summary

Georgia-Pacific's Corrugated division in Modesto, CA is hiring a Director of Operations to oversee a 140-person workforce and an 18-person leadership team, ensuring a safe, high-performance manufacturing environment.

• Operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and drive actions to closure.
• Develop advantaged capabilities to support short- and long-term priorities.
• Define operational vision and establish direction and focus.
• Develop direct reports into promotable roles and drive accountability.
