Job summary

KIHOMAC seeks an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations at our Byron, Georgia facility. You will oversee safety, quality systems, lean manufacturing, staffing, scheduling, and process improvements to drive performance and reliability.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in management and 5+ years of production management experience in metal fabrication or related fields, with a proven track record of coaching teams, enforcing TPM, and delivering results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management or related field.
• 5+ years in Production Management.
• Experience in a composite, machining, or metal fabrication facility.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe working environment and safety attitude across the plant.
• Maintain quality systems in place and prevent quality escapes.
• Oversee staffing, coaching, and performance management of personnel.
• Schedule and assign personnel; monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Maintain and improve TPM, equipment maintenance, and process data analysis.
• Develop and enforce lean manufacturing practices and cost reductions.
• Guide and train staff, ensuring compliance with policies and training.
