In this visible role, you'll significantly impact Apple products and influence future developments. We seek an experienced quality engineer to lead development and ramp-up for a next-generation Apple product.

Responsibilities
  1. Development & Process Development: Assess fabrication technologies, plan validation exercises, lead experiments, review development progress, and serve as escalation point for process issues.
  2. New Product Introduction: Drive process development, review part designs, coordinate with suppliers, establish validation procedures, and ensure process readiness for mass production.
  3. Supplier Execution: Review supplier designs, identify issues, work with engineering teams, and assess supplier readiness for production.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in fabrication, tooling, or machining (CNC, injection molding, plastics, ceramics, metals).
  • MSME/BSME or equivalent degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of DOE, GD&T, SPC, and fabrication techniques.
  • Management or program management experience is a plus.
