Job summary

The Customer Support Representative will coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Shipping while providing customers with timely updates and helping maintain an efficient production schedule.

Preferred Experience Customer Support Representative:

• Minimum of 3 years of scheduling experience in a relevant industry.
• Previous manufacturing, production-control, scheduling, or customer-support experience.
• Experience with Epicor ERP is preferred.
