Deco Products Company in Decorah, IA is seeking a dependable Custodian/Janitor to maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in our manufacturing facility. You will support daily operations by ensuring all areas meet our cleanliness standards and safety standards.

Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing floors and work areas, operating cleaning equipment, restocking supplies, and following OSHA procedures.

Competenze

• Custodial or janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must follow safety procedures and use PPE.

Mansioni

• Clean and sanitize manufacturing floors, offices, breakrooms and restrooms
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and maintain all industrial, office and warehouse floors
• Remove trash, debris, and spills; handle recycling and approved industrial waste
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, sweepers, and vacuums
• Restock janitorial, sanitation, and paper supplies
• Follow OSHA, safety, and facility cleanliness procedures
• Report safety hazards, spills, or maintenance concerns
