Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing cost accounting, plant controlling, or related experience.
• Strong understanding of BOMs, routings, labor modeling, overhead allocation, and cost drivers.
• Ability to partner effectively across Operations, Sales, and Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain all product costing models.
• Build and improve real-time reporting on labor efficiency and material usage.
• Lead variance analysis and support month-end close processes.
