York Design Group is seeking an Accounting & Financial Analyst to provide accounting and analytical support across the Accounting and Finance department, with a strong emphasis on cost and inventory accounting. You will collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Purchasing to improve costing, variances, and profitability analysis.

Responsibilities include month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and financial modeling.

Competenze

• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting, cost accounting, or financial analysis experience.
• Experience with cost and inventory accounting.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large data.
• Understanding of general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
• ERP experience and knowledge of transaction flows.

Mansioni

• Support cost and inventory accounting activities, including valuation and variances.
• Analyze manufacturing performance and explain significant cost variances.
• Prepare inventory reconciliations and assist with month-end close.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Provide cross-department collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, and Purchasing.
• Support internal and external audit requests as needed.
