Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 3+ years in cost accounting, manufacturing accounting, or plant finance.
• Experience with standard costing, inventory accounting, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP; IFRS familiarity a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze actual manufacturing costs against standard costs and budgets.
• Partner with Production, Supply Chain, and plant leadership to understand cost variances.
• Prepare monthly manufacturing reports and support month-end close activities.
• Maintain standard costing, inventory valuation, and obsolete inventory reserves.
• Support manufacturing cost controls, inventory, and fixed assets.
• Track capital expenditures and support fixed asset accounting and IFRS 16.
• Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Support audits with financial analysis and documentation.
• Identify reporting and process improvements within manufacturing operations.
