Job summary

A leading Swiss supplier of automotive components is seeking an accounting coordinator for their facility in Norwalk, OH. This full-time role involves assisting with accounting processes, preparing month-end journal entries, and utilizing the SAP ERP system for cost accounting. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Excel. This position requires the ability to multitask and efficiently manage time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a major in Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• SAP experience preferred for cost accounting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the controller with daily, weekly, and monthly accounting.
• Responsible for assisting with the Cost Accounting module of SAP.
• Prepare month-end journal entries compliant with US GAAP.
• Coordinate with Inventory Control group for physical inventory.
