Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and 2+ years in manufacturing accounting, with strong Excel skills and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2+ years of accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Strong account reconciliation experience is required.
• ERP experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar.
• Understanding of general ledger and financial reporting.
• Inventory/cost accounting experience is a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Analyze financial data and assist with reporting.
• Partner with operations, purchasing, and production teams to support manufacturing accounting.
• Assist with inventory accounting, cost tracking, and inventory reconciliations.
• Leverage ERP systems to process transactions, generate reports, and improve efficiencies.
• Support audit requests as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
