Job summary

Anheuser-Busch is seeking a Manufacturing Controls Electrician in Baldwinsville, NY. You will troubleshoot and maintain PLC-driven, high-speed production equipment and manage power distribution across plant assets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years industrial electrical/programming experience or 2-year technical degree preferred.
• PLC experience preferred; Allen Bradley PLC5, ControlLogix, Siemens platforms advantageous.
• Knowledge of variable frequency drives, servo motors, and 480V systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot complex equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain PLC and variable speed drive controlled high-speed production equipment and batch processes.
• Maintain the power distribution of plant equipment.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment using precision measurement tools.
• Interpret schematics and equipment manuals.
• Analyze process data and make decisions on maintenance and improvement activities.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) to increase reliability and up-time.
• Utilize SAP to document and track all corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Prioritize and self-schedule maintenance around production KPI's.
• Drive brewery goals and continuous improvement through projects.
